Sentinel Concierge Services (SCS) takes care of all the necessary and practical home care services (checking for water leaks and storm damage) as well as the mundane (removing phone books, flyers, notices, and debris accumulating on the driveway or at the front door).

Basic services provided by SCS include:

installation of  The Home Guard VM500-2 - designed to monitor both the temperature and the power in your home on a 24 hour basis.

visual inspections of the inside and outside of the property. Each inspection includes, when applicable, the following:

• Check all exterior doors and entryways to ensure that they are secure.
• Check alarm system, if applicable, to confirm it is armed.
• Check and adjust timers on interior lights.
• Check and adjust timers on irrigation systems.
• Check for obvious pest and rodent infiltration.
• Check for water damage from structural leaks, broken water pipes, etc.
• Check for plumbing leaks.
• Check roof for snow and ice build-up.
• Check that ongoing services by others are being performed.
• Check for damage from winds, rain, snow, and cold temperatures.
• Check for fallen trees and broken limbs.
• Pick up all newspapers, telephone books, flyers, etc. on driveway or steps.

storm security - Prior to an approaching storm, SCS will secure the property in anticipation of major storms. (Bring in outdoor furniture, grills, etc. to areas specified by the Homeowner).  After the storm, any items stored or secured prior to a major storm will be put back in place.

damage assessment - SCS will provide a damage assessment immediately after a major storm.
